Can it answer outside the approved scope?
It is designed not to. The knowledge base is closed and curated with you, out-of-scope questions are declined, and certification tests that behaviour before go-live. Declined questions are logged so you can review them, and no system is perfect, which is why the log exists.
Where does the data live?
In the European Union, on Microsoft Azure, isolated per customer.
Who decides when two documents disagree?
You do. Both values surface with their sources, and no source goes in without your approval.
What happens when the documentation changes?
Maintenance is monthly or quarterly, as you choose, timed with your post-cycle meetings: we review feedback and unanswered questions, update the knowledge base, retest the affected answers and report usage to you. Urgent changes, such as new product safety information, follow the process and response times agreed in your contract.
What does certification test, and what does it not?
It tests Atrivity Assistant against a set of real questions agreed with your experts, including hard cases, out-of-scope requests and conflicting sources. It does not prove every possible answer is right, so answers are logged, reviewed at every maintenance round and retested after any change to content or model.
Can we audit what the field was told?
Yes. Every interaction is logged with its question, answer and source document.
