Platform · Atrivity Assistant

The right answer, in the moment.

Atrivity Assistant answers your field team's questions about your products, clinical data and competitors from your approved content only, at any time and in each person's language. When the documents do not cover a point, it says so instead of guessing.

The problem

The knowledge exists. What fails is having it when it is needed.

01

Fragmented

Brand plans, studies, approved messages, battlecards, FAQs and training, each in a different place.

02

Out of reach in the moment

The field cannot find the answer when it needs it, and has no time to search an LMS or a drive.

03

No continuous support

After a training or a launch, knowledge fades and messages drift.

04

No visibility

Management does not know what the field really asks, or where the gaps are by region or role.

05

General AI is not built for regulated selling

It answers from whatever it can reach, nobody curated or tested that content, and it does not know who is in front of your rep.

Sales Layer

The Sales Layer: everything your frontline needs to sell, in one governed layer.

A general AI model knows the world. The Sales Layer is what makes it know your business, your field and your rules.

AI modelGeneral language ability

The same Sales Layer feeds Atrivity Readiness challenges, so your teams learn and get answers from one source.

Built for Life Sciences

Why an assistant built for Life Sciences.

Only approved information

A closed base, curated and validated with you, in your private EU space. Nothing from the internet.

Does not make things up

Doses, indications and claims exactly as in the label. If it is not there, it says so.

Context-aware

The answer changes with the channel, the person in front and the account’s commercial phase.

Compliance

No off-label use, no advice for a specific patient, no prices.

Question analytics

What is asked, in which channel, about which competitor, and what is left without an answer.

Managed service

We maintain and update it. Your team does not have to manage AI.

Connected to Atrivity Readiness

Recurring questions become challenges and targeted refreshers. Ask for a micro-content just for you on any topic covered by approved content, and it appears in your Readiness feed.

Connected to your CRM, optional

Each rep sees their accounts, their potential and the active campaign.

Situations

One question, the right answer for whoever is in front.

Six situations: Learn, Prepare visit, and four people the rep may be in front of: a doctor, a hospital pharmacist, a community pharmacist and a buyer. The same label data gives each one a different answer: the patient profile for the doctor, the figure for the hospital protocol, the dispensing advice for the pharmacist and the range for the buyer. Each answer ends with the sentence to say out loud.

Prepare the visit

A visit prepared in 20 seconds, with your sales method.

Prepare visit opens the rep’s territory (with CRM data), ranked by uncaptured potential, and builds the plan with the account context and your sales method.

  1. One objectiveWhat this visit should achieve.
  2. Open with their problemA question about what the customer faces today.
  3. One factThe approved data point that supports the message, with its source.
  4. One small stepA realistic next step for this visit.
  5. CommitmentAfter the visit, the rep logs what was agreed.

How CRM data arrives

  • An optional nightly export from your CRM, with 10 to 12 fields per account.
  • No real-time access to your CRM.
  • An online connection to the CRM is a later option.

A day with Atrivity Assistant

The field uses it every day, and every conversation is saved.

1

First thing

The rep prepares the day’s visits and saves them in the history.

2

Before a visit

They review and refine with a question or two.

3

During the visit

In front of a doctor, a hospital pharmacy or a buyer, a convincing answer in seconds.

4

After leaving

If they did not want to ask in front of the customer, they review it after the visit.

5

After a training or an update

They ask until it is clear.

6

A new hire

Asks the basics without feeling exposed.

What Marketing and Sales see

Every question is a signal.

How we build and maintain your Sales Layer

We don’t sell a chatbot. We sell a maintained Sales Layer for frontline teams.

A knowledge base for frontline teams, built, approved and kept current with you.

What you decide, which we configure

01

Situations

Who is in front of the rep in each channel, plus Learn and Prepare visit.

02

Commercial phases

Acquisition, ramp-up, established and recovery. With the CRM, the phase is set automatically from its data.

03

Sources per situation

Which labels, studies and messaging each situation uses, and which campaign is active.

04

What is not said

Prices and tender conditions, comparisons without approved documentation, off-label use.

05

Tone and format

Length, the sentence to say out loud and the register of each channel.

06

Your sales method

The steps of your sales training, in your words.

Five steps before go-live

  1. Briefing and scopeAudience, countries of use, tone, limits and the questions it must decline.
  2. Preparation and indexing by factsEvery figure keeps its parameter, unit, condition and source. Charts and tables are pre-processed.
  3. Conflict detectionIf two documents do not match, both versions are made visible with their sources.
  4. Your review and approvalYou decide which information prevails and which sources are authorised. Approving a source is not approving each answer.
  5. Internal validation and acceptanceTests, including adversarial ones, with criteria, threshold and approver documented before. If it does not pass, it is not switched on.

After each cycle · monthly or quarterly, as you choose

  1. Usage reportWhat was asked and in which situation, when that context is available and authorised.
  2. Analysis and prioritiesQuestions without sufficient information are separated from correct refusals and technical incidents. Only the first lead to new content.
  3. New documentationWe prepare and load what you provide and approve. Atrivity does not create studies or new scientific evidence.
  4. Conflicts and approvalNew material is checked against what exists. You resolve discrepancies and approve additions and removals.
  5. Tests and publicationChanges are tested before publication, and expired content is retired.
  6. Promotion in the appBest practices and the hardest topics are promoted in the Atrivity app feed.
  7. Review with MarketingA review meeting with Marketing each cycle to go through the report and decide what goes in and what comes out.

It does not update itself from conversations. New knowledge goes through preparation, your approval and tests before publication. What conversations give you is the diagnosis: what the field asked and could not find.

Why not the company’s AI

It complements your AI. It does not replace it.

General assistants such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude are excellent horizontal tools. What makes an assistant safe for regulated selling is the work around it.
