Use cases · Assess and ensure readiness

Know who is ready. Close the gaps that matter.

Measure what the field knows, close the critical gaps and keep the same measure all year: kickoffs, cycle meetings, marketing campaigns and certifications.

Powered by Atrivity Readiness + Atrivity Assistant

Program 01 · Atrivity Readiness

Assessment, diagnosis and gap fixing

Measure what teams know, find the critical gaps, close them. A short challenge finds what each person does not know at the first attempt, targeted refreshers close it, and a gap counts as closed only when the same person gets it right later. Across 100 programs, 43% of the gaps found were verified closed.

When to use it
When you need a baseline: before a launch, a reorganisation or a certification.
What you get
A Galaxy report for leaders: overall readiness, the readiness axes, the critical gaps and which of them are verified closed.

Evidence: 725 reps, three days: measuring knowledge of virtual selling principles in Latin America · Measurement methods

Cycle or quarter knowledge boost

Align the field on each cycle's key messages during the cycle meeting itself, and check them before reps leave the room. The same measure, all year, so you can see what holds and what fades.

DuringShort challenges during the cycle meeting check each key message as it is presented, so the session spends its time where the team is not yet sure.
AfterTargeted refreshers provide short explanations, followed by quiz challenges in the weeks after the meeting, focused on each person's mistakes.
LaterA retest weeks later shows retention on the items that matter. Without a retest, we do not report retention.

When to use it
Around each kickoff, cycle meeting, congress or certification. Keep your LMS for courses and completion; Atrivity adds what each person knows before and after.
What you get
Team slides for every manager: how the team did against the program, who to recognise, and the critical questions still open.

Evidence: A cycle meeting on phones: 934 questions, 17 days, 59% of gaps closed

At the end of the cycle meeting

A live team challenge to measure the meeting

Before anyone leaves the room, you know which key messages landed and which did not.

  1. Play liveThe whole team plays a short live team challenge on their phones, on the cycle's key messages.
  2. Instant scoreAn instant score per person, per team and per key message.
  3. See what did not landYou see which messages did not land before reps leave the room.
  4. Refresh, then retestThose gaps feed the targeted refreshers of the following weeks, and a retest later shows what stuck.

Marketing campaign launch

Push the campaign messages to the field with Atrivity Readiness challenges, and let Atrivity Assistant answer the field's questions about the campaign from approved content. What the field asks goes back to Marketing.

When to use it
When Marketing launches a campaign, a new message or new material for the field.
What you get
Message knowledge by team, and the top questions about the campaign, including the ones your content does not answer yet.
